SPECTATOR FEES

Coaches Passes are only given to teams registering 5 or more athletes and must be reserved through Virginia Amateur Sports - info@commonwealthgames.org. Information on picking up the passes will be sent, upon communication with the VAS office - via email ONLY!

MULTI-EVENT DISCOUNT NOTE: If registering for multiple events, all entries must occur in the same transaction to receive the multi-event discount.
There will be NO on-site registrations or changes!
You need to bring your own implements and batons, if competing in those events.

Relay Online Registration Note:
If registering for a relay event online, runners must register as an individual, not a team. The participant will be asked to list the names of the other runners on the relay team. This DOES NOT register the other runners for the meet, only the relay - they will still need to register for at least 1 other event. It simply lets the sport director know who is on each relay team. Each relay member must register themselves for the meet, or the participant has the option to register their relay partners by selecting “Register Another Participant” on step one of the online registration process.
COMPETITION FORMAT
A maximum of 1/4" spikes allowed, 1/4" pyramids are the ONLY spikes permitted! If your spikes are greater than 1/4", you will not be allowed to compete. Age Divisions are determined by age as of 12/31/2024, except for 17-18 division, which is determined by age as of July 20, 2024 (per USATF rules).
You need to bring your own implements and batons, if competing in those events.
*Schedule is subject to change based on participation numbers, will be a rolling schedule!

BIB NUMBERS
Competitor bib numbers will be issued at athlete/team check-in. All athletes will be required to wear bib numbers on the front of their competition singlet at all times of competition. There is a ten-dollar ($10.00) replacement fee for lost bib numbers. Replacement bib numbers can be purchased at the Registration Table/Tent on meet day.

2024 Virginia Commonwealth Games merchandise will be available for purchase during events at various locations and online.
AWARDS
2024 Virginia Commonwealth Games bronze, silver and gold medals will be given in each category/division
